Located in Rhiwbina, @One is fantastic venue in Cardiff for our classes. Our social meet ups make use of local pubs, restaurants and outdoor areas.

In Cardiff we run Sunday evening or Monday evening classes.

Time: 7:30pm-9:30pm (evening classes)

We loved Hannah’s friendly and welcoming approach as well as her ability to explain everything so clearly. As first time parents, we felt completely clueless but Hannah has helped us understand what might happen at every stage of birth and she has relieved a lot of anxieties we had about these unknowns. 'We loved this course and how Charlotte ran it! She was very welcoming, friendly and clear has a huge wealth of knowledge! We felt we could ask any questions and learnt everything we feel like we needed to to take us into the unknown of parenthood!! There were lots of great practical elements to the course which allowed us to take things in well. We liked how a lot of maybe more alternative ways of doing things were shown to us too e.g. rebozo.
