Course information

Retired midwife, and South Wales' own lactation consultant and infant feeding specialist, Judy, will guide you through this one-off, 2 hour, interactive workshop. Partners are encouraged to attend too. (One booking is needed per attendee).

Science and physiology of breastfeeding
The mechanics of breastfeeding
Expressing
Self-care
Adapting to baby's development including feeding patterns
Breastfeeding preparation
