Course Information
This course should be completed during your final trimester and ideally before 36/37 weeks.
When making a booking, the price for two participants is £175 (£150 in Caerphilly).
For single person bookings and discount, please contact us directly.
Sessions

Access to group whatsapp with course host available to answer questions, video resources from experts with a local knowledge, and other further material and recommendations.

Details
The 3 x 2 hour evening classes take place one of our beautiful venues.
Everything you need for the evenings will be provided from light refreshments to a course handbook containing key information, space for notes and a few handy extras.
The course will cover all the essential information you need as well as connect you with up to 7 other local couples.
We will cover a range of topics including:

We will of course answer any other questions that you may have.
You will have the option of being added to a course WhatsApp group with course delegates.
Our aim is that you leave feeling informed with up to date, relevant information, empowered to take the next steps on your journey with confidence, and connected to a support network of peers.
As a local business, we have also linked with other local businesses to provide you with free taster sessions and resources. This includes a free taster session for all Nurture pregnant people at aquanatal classes, discount codes for various local photographers, baby classes and women's health physio.
