Breastfeeding Workshop

Service Description

Retired midwife, lactation consultant and infant feeding specialist, Judy, will guide you through this one-off, 2 hour, interactive workshop. Partners are encouraged to attend too. (One booking is needed per attendee). Breastfeeding topics will be covered, including: -Science and physiology of breastfeeding -The mechanics of breastfeeding -Expressing -Self-care -Adapting to baby's development including feeding patterns -Breastfeeding preparation Refreshments will be provided.
