Essential First Aid Skills for Babies and Children

Course information

South Wales emergency Paediatrician, Dr Hannah, will cover basic infant first aid in this one-off, 2 hour class. Class intended for anyone caring for children, babies in arms welcome.

1 x 2 hour face to face evening class

Details

Basic first aid topics will be covered, including:

Burns (prevention and first aid)
Rashes
Choking
Basic life support
Normal newborn reflux/colic
Gastroenteritis
Fevers & febrile convulsions
Head injury

Refreshments will be provided.
