Established in 2021 originally in Cardiff, Nurture is a local business established by Welsh mums and registered local midwives. We are the leading Midwife-led Antenatal and Parenting education provider for South Wales, having served over 1000 families.

Based across Cardiff, the Vale, Bridgend, Newport and Caerphilly, we are a team of local experienced midwives and consultants passionate about delivering high quality antenatal education specialising in local knowledge. If you are planning on birthing within Cardiff, the Vale or Aneurin Bevan areas, there is a good chance you will bump into some of our midwives along the way! Through our face to face bespoke 5 session antenatal classes, infant first aid workshops and breastfeeding workshops, Nurture courses empower you to achieve a positive birth experience, provide relevant, up-to-date local information, and connect you with local families to help build a supportive community through parenthood.
Additionally, Nurture community continues beyond birth and immediate postnatal period, with our annual Teddy Bears picnics and soft play meet ups.

Infant First Aid Course
Infant First Aid £27/per person
Our infant first aid sessions give parents and carers the practical skills to respond confidently in an emergency.
Breastfeeding Workshop
£25/per person
Our breastfeeding workshop helps you feel more prepared and confident before your baby arrives. Led by experienced professional lactation consultant, the session covers practical techniques, common challenges and supportive guidance for the early days of feeding.
Individual Service
£350/per couple
This bespoke service allows for 2 x two hour sessions with midwives in the comfort of your own home. We will teach you and your birth partner/chosen support through the content of the antenatal course, including all things, labour, birth, birth preferences and care of baby.
